Description: The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management. They will work closely with other departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to meet customer demand.
The person in this position will develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to improve efficiency and reduce costs. They will also manage the production planning process — including capacity planning, scheduling, and inventory management — and lead cross-functional teams to continuously improve supply chain processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Director, supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
