Description: Brown Jordan is searching for a Vice President of Sales who will be responsible for assisting, developing, and implementing the sales strategy for the Brown Jordan Inc. retail brands which consists of Brown Jordan, Castelle, Tropitone, & Winston. This individual will work with both SVP’s of Retail Sales to achieve growth by attracting new and retaining existing customers while achieving the company’s revenue growth and profitability objectives.
This position will plan and implement sales programs, while working closely with the marketing and product development teams, on both short- and long-range targets for existing and new retail markets. They will also provide input for new product and new product strategies, operate within the approved sales, budget, and business plans, and take responsibility for business development with the retail channels by developing relationships in the retail segment and with existing and new customers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant sales customer, front-facing experience with progressive managerial responsibilities; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in residential outdoor or indoor furniture sales is a strong plus.
