by SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Textile manufacturer Milliken & Company has hired industry veteran Eric Delaby as senior sales associate for the bedding market.
With more than 20 years of experience in the bedding industry, he will lead sales initiatives for the company’s flame retardant bedding segment in North America.
He comes to the company from textiles and bedding components resource Overseas, where he was managing director and partner. Before that, he was director, national accounts at Innofa and before that was sales and marketing manager at Vita Nonwovens.
Before joining Vita, he was executive vice president at CT Nassau – Continental Ticking Corp. of America and before that was vice president, sales at DesleeClama North America.
Previously he was sales manager at Polymer Group and before that he was export sales manager at Nordlys.
The company said that he “brings technical experience and deep knowledge of the field of textiles that will be instrumental in expanding Milliken’s global presence in the bedding industry.”
