While office work is to be expected, the company expects this person to be engaged with all facets and team members from manufacturing to delivery teams to help promote the company, its services, products and brands. This person will manage an overall annual marketing budget of $300k to $500k across traditional and digital platforms and develop and implement an annual promotional calendar, complete with marketing campaigns and in-store signage and promotional material. They will also work with the showroom merchandiser to conceptualize, create and install engaging and educational marketing elements and POP material throughout our showrooms for a more engaging shopping experience.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or four-plus years of equivalent experience is required, as are excellent verbal, written and digital communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively to create and hit deadlines in a seasonal business.
