Description: The person in this role supports their manager in consolidating and management for all floor plans in designated IMC properties while maintaining building floor plans and square footages. They will provide net rentable and gross square footages as needed, maintain and update catalogue of “as built” plans for exhibit spaces, and provide common area plans for capital projects.
Other responsibilities include:
- Create conceptual drawings for tenant and capital projects
- Create fully dimensioned plans with “as built” information for GC bidding
- Conduct and document entrance and exit reviews for showrooms
- Work with leasing on proposed space changes
- Configure spaces with footage calculations based on exhibitor needs
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of advanced Computer Automated Design (CAD)
- Exposure to Propidex software preferred
- Ability to use Property Management Software (MRI, Yardi, Procore, etc.)
- Proven administrative skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project and basic database programs.
