The Director of Franchise Business Strategy at Slumberland will be responsible for developing and implementing a franchise development strategy that drives growth and success. This involves collaborating with teams, leading efforts in merchandising, training and development, marketing, community engagement, and data analysis for franchise stores.
Other key functions include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise development strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead efforts in recruiting, selecting, training, and supporting new franchise owners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our franchise stores are meeting the company’s standards, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in franchise development, retail management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and leading teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with franchise owners, store managers, and cross-functional teams.
