Description: The person in this role will grow Harbour’s existing retail business while streamlining retail operations to grow profitable sales. They will also oversee training and development and ensure retail salespeople give a world-class sales experience.
Other responsibilities include:
- Manage store buildout process and deliver two retail stores in 2024 on time and in budget.
- Bringing industry expertise to the table, and Point of View of existing retail business, and partner with CEO and SVP on changes.
- Implement marketing strategies to foster increased store traffic.
- Hire and retain the best design consultants.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership roles.
- Experience with Residential trade
- Experience in Operations.
- Demonstrated success in driving double-digit sales growth in the home furnishings market.
- Proven ability to grow existing retail showrooms.
