Man Wah USA moves to former Lane showroom

Company will occupy 80,000-square-foot space, making it one of the largest full-line upholstery showrooms at the High Point Market

HIGH POINT — Motion furniture resource Man Wah USA is moving to a new showroom in the International Home Furnishings Center in time for the October High Point Market.

The company previously occupied a 60,000-square-foot space on the fourth floor of Furniture Plaza. It will now occupy an 80,000-square-foot space in C-1258, which was formerly occupied by Lane Home Furnishings.

The showroom will feature the company’s complete line of motion sofas, sectionals, recliners, theater seating and lift chairs, as well as stationary upholstery. The company said the display will hit each price point, with a variety of leathers and a full range of the newest fabric covers in the industry, enabling “buyers to shop for products in an environment that highlights a well-designed floor plan that will provide an easy shopping experience.”

“We are extremely excited about the opening of our new showroom in High Point,” said Gabriele Natale, chief executive officer. “It’s an opportunity for us to showcase our complete line of bestsellers as well as new products in this new larger showroom.”

The showroom will open Thursday, Oct. 12, in conjunction with the October 14-18 High Point Market.

“We believe that our new showroom will be a catalyst for fostering meaningful connections with our customers,” Natale added. “We look forward to welcoming them and demonstrating our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our business.”
