Description: The Registration Director is responsible for the overall operation of registration-related activities across IMC’s campuses in Atlanta, GA, Las Vegas, NV, and High Point, NC. This person will manage key vendor relationships, notably IMC’s Temporary Personnel staffing company and Registration Vendor.
In addition, they will be in charge of team management, with direct reports including Registration Managers and multiple Registration coordinators. They will work closely with Marketing team leaders to understand goals and key strategic directions to ensure the registration and onsite customer service functions best support overarching goals.
Qualifications
- Travel
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Seven (7) years directly related experience
- Managerial experience
