See Vizzaccaro vs Bob’s, Arbouin vs Bob’s, Outlaw vs Bob’s, Nunaley vs Bob’s; just to name a few. There continues to be an all-white store in Shelby Twp, where all of the African-American employees were fired, harassed, transferred or quit because of the extreme prejudice from former Manager and current employees. Bob’s claims they did not fit into the ‘culture’ of elite Shelby Twp. Now Bob’s is trying to get into sealed settlements to cover all of this up. They have been reported to the EEOC, ACLU, and soon to the DOJ and the AG.
