Description: The Creative Director will be responsible for building and managing a team of creative resources that support marketing and e-commerce activities at the company. This opportunity will allow focus to be split between the creative calendar and production process, and visual design and brand development. This role reports into our corporate headquarters in Delaware, Ohio and is NOT remote.
This person will collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising/Design, and Sales in order to ensure projects are effective, on time, and that creative is consistent across the channels and oversee deliverables, timelines and budgets. In addition, they will ensure consistency with and appropriateness of all brand imagery through the lenses of our different channels and geography, and through the eyes of our customers and communities; identify issues and take action to resolve.
Qualifications:
- Degree in design or visual arts, or equal combination of experience and education highly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Brand Management or being a Creative Director, successfully building and executing an integrated marketing and communication strategy
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment adhering to plans and adapting quickly to changes
- Must be highly proficient with current versions of Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with a wide range of other design, web and multimedia software and applications.
