Description: The Post Production Manager will be responsible for managing the teams and processes related to retouching, ecommerce asset creations, “draping”, and delivery of final images for the ecommerce website or print. This role will partner closely with the Photography Manager, Production Manager, Marketing Project Managers, Product Developers, Creative, and Art Directors.
This role will need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple teams with separate deliverables, along with driving quality and efficiencies. This leader will also be responsible for tracking and monitoring KPIs, and partnering with third-party vendors in order to meet team deliverables. This position is located onsite at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, OH with a hybrid schedule.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relatable post production experience.
- Experienced in interviewing, hiring and building teams.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience juggling multiple deliverables
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset for resolving issues and driving for streamlined efficiency.
