Mary O’Keeffe leaves membership post at AHFA

HIGH POINT – Mary O’Keeffe has left her role as vice president, membership at the American Home Furnishings Alliance for a new role at professional training and coaching firm Unbreakable Leadership.

Based in Simpsonville, S.C., Unbreakable Leadership provides leadership training to individuals in their professional roles at work as well as in their personal lives at home. O’Keeffe serves as the organization’s new director of operations.

She was vice president, membership at the AHFA for just over seven years. Before that she was a project coordinator at Brown Jordan/Charter Furniture for several months.

Prior to joining Brown Jordan, she was a sales executive at Pura Vida Promotions and before that was a sales account manager at Juice That Brand Promotions.

She also had prior experience as national sales analyst, customer service manager and inside sales manager at Merz Pharmaceuticals and before that was director of customer service and sales administration at office seating resource HAG Inc.

The AHFA is currently searching for candidates for the position, which is being renamed vice president, membership and associate member relations.
