Most of their spaces were cheap and low level. Truly not designer. You can’t automate what skill and education bring to the table. The company itself was bottom line focused and not focused on customers and especially not focused on the “designers” many of whom were hobbyists and individuals fresh from school. Truly very few with professional backgrounds which gave them permission to pay so little. The requirements they had placed on designers to work and work and work but not log the corresponding hours is literally theft of wages. There should be a massive lawsuit and no one should do business with them in the future or otherwise even under a new name. Shana Tellerman should be ashamed. This was an embarrassing amateur take on a professional specialized service that should be handled by people in the industry.
