The VP of Sales will create the trade sales team and shape the business development strategy in the U.S. They will develop and manage the team from our NY gallery, and define and execute the U.S sales strategy, ensuring penetration in all relevant cities and states (New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Chicago, Dallas, Houston). This person will also develop and maintain long-term relationships with key client segments in both residential and commercial interiors (Architectural & Interior Design practices, Real Estate developers, End clients B2B/B2C, Purchasing agents, Contractors, Agents, Art collectors)

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior managerial roles within luxury, interior design, or retail
  • Outstanding track record of business development and sales growth
  • Solid managerial skills and strong strategic vision
  • Strong leadership and relevant experience in managing and motivating teams
