Fall 2022 High Point Market preview

From recliner-mattress combos to desks in comprehensive office programs, exhibitors are pushing out unique products at the Oct. 22-26 High Point Market. Here are a few new and trending products manufacturers will highlight.

American Leather is launching Lawson, a sofa with many customization options. With midcentury modern inspirations, Lawson brings back that classic home feel with a reverse Greek key arm detail. The sofa includes high and low leg options available without changing seat depth or seat height. It’s shown here in an Acorn finish. (Showplace 5000)

Inspired by the Capri Island in Italy’s Bay of Naples, the Capri Bedroom collection from American Woodcrafters offers two carved statement beds with glamorous scale, a soft burnished ivory finish and timeless style elements. The bold mansion bed has a generously scaled carved acanthus leaf border framing the panel headboard that features gray rub-through on the ivory finish over hardwood solids and veneers. Bellini Modern Living is introducing two round ceramic-topped tables, one in polished Sahara Noir ceramic (shown here), a golden white blend with a sculptural solid ash base. The second round table features a ceramic top with a molded poly base in anthracite, and a third rectangular design topped in White Calcatta ceramic features a sculptural and dramatic steel frame base in bronze. Performance fabric brings a clever update to this vintage-inspired dining chair by Four Hands that features a curvy silhouette and classic rolled arms made with solid ash. Easy to clean and made from fully recyclable materials, Fiqa fabrics are machine-washable, stain-resistant, water-repellent and antimicrobial. (Showplace 4101)

Fusion Designs’ Addison is a contemporary-styled bedroom constructed in solid maple in a new Harbor Gray finish. The group, which features soft-closing slides, cedar drawer bottoms and multiple upgrade options, retails for about $11,500 for a five-piece set. (Radio Building 404)

Bradington-Young’s Johnston Sectional is part of a new smaller-scale motion collection, one of the company’s major introductions this fall. The new groups within this smaller-scale concept are based off some of the best-selling stationary SKUs that the company has released in recent years, with the added benefit of new motion functionality. Luxfort Home’s Power Beds are a convergence of two hot categories in furniture — upholstered beds and motion sofas. Built-in, power-adjustable headrests on each side of the bed provide ergonomic comfort, designed to promote healthy neck/back alignment while sitting in bed. (100 N. Main St.)

Hurtado‘s Coral Sofa Armchair is handcrafted with metal bases and legs and wood inlays on the arms, making them a focal point of the design. Part of the Evolution collection, these pieces are available in different wood and metal finishes. (208 W. English Road)

Legacy Classic | Modern is introducing its first comprehensive home-office-centric program this market with Union Square, a modular format with five pieces, four finish options and multiple configuration possibilities offering function, storage and writing surfaces for the work-at-home consumer. Copeland’s Lisse Dining room table exhibits graceful curvature and smooth flush joints throughout. With its molded and sculptural lines, Lisse is a study in subtle complexity. Tables in the collection are available in two configurations: extension and glass top. The glass-top table is offered in two sizes. (Showplace 5100)

Infinity Massage Chairs introduces the Infinity Luminary Syner-D. Packed with all the company’s latest technology and most advanced features, the Luminary has two individual massage mechanisms choreographed to work synergistically for therapeutic relief of the back and gluteus region. (IHFC, H735)

Modway is turning over a new leaf this fall with the introduction of its first-ever American-made furniture collections. The two collections — Laurel and Avendale (shown here) — comprise 42 new SKUs featuring tailored silhouettes and upscale modern designs. (IHFC, H524)

Nathan Anthony‘s ALAIS 2.0 Daybed features organic rounded edges for sophisticated seating, with legs shown here in a Darling Walnut finish. Cashmere upholstery provides a true luxury experience. (IHFC, IH602, Commerce, Floor 1)

Napa Furniture Design’s Carmel Collection is an elegant, casual transitional design of solid Indonesian hardwoods in a hand-rubbed two-tone finish. The white-washed finish in a soft mix of white with gray undertones contrasts with deep espresso tops, curved metal fretwork and extended round metal hardware. (Furniture Plaza 310)

Spectra Home’s Marche Chair features spindle detailing and is covered in Bergamo Parchment performance fabric. (200 N. Hamilton St., N Ct 211, 213)

Plank & Hide introduces game room furniture for the first time at this market. The newest collection includes bistro tables, front and back bars (shown here), poker tables, pub tables, complementary game chairs and bar stools. (300-310 S. Main St., 1002, 1003, 2003)

Universal has partnered with Erinn V on a new line that includes this Del Monte Dining table. It comes in white oak with a Weathered Oak finish and metal trim and a metal base in Antique Satin Brass finish. (101 S. Hamilton St.)

Float on with the Zeppelin sectional from Moe’s Home Collection. Featuring a low-slung, ’70s-inspired silhouette, this modular collection features gentle curves and a subtle floating base design. It’s available in both classic modular configurations or individually as a corner chair, slipper chair and ottoman. (IHFC, C302)

Whittier Wood Furniture’s Addison two-drawer nightstand offers a new angle in the bedroom. The tapered sides and drawers complement the new Bookcase Storage Bed for a unique look. The line is made with sustainable American alder and black walnut veneered hardwoods. (220 Elm 302, Level 3)

With a soft modern look and plush deco and boho lines, Zuo’s Charleston accent chair is wrapped in a boucle-style polyester fabric with a powder-coated steel frame. (IHFC, H543)

Amisco’s Scheila table comes in 10 wood colors and is available in more than 70 coverings.
