Description: The Member Success Manager is responsible for developing high-value relationships that promote retention and loyalty through member engagement and concierge service. Successful execution of this role will provide superior customer service, engagement, and support by maximizing membership value through a consultative approach, utilizing HFA’s community, advocacy, resources, and education.
The person in this role will serve as primary point of contact for retail and manufacturer members, post-sale and support onboarded members with maximizing value from their membership. They will proactively and reactively engage with retail and manufacturers to listen and understand business needs, challenges, and concerns and aligning them with the necessary resources to solve them. Proactive work includes 4-5 scheduled deep-dive meetings per day with members, reviewing their membership, making strategic and tactical recommendations, and keeping them up to date on the latest benefits of HFA
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a consultative/account management role
- Successful experience in phone and in-person relationship building
