Agree with the comment made by Mark. There are those of us who bought and paid for items well before June 2023 and have not received delivery of items that are probably sitting in warehouses. It’s absolutely appalling to have paid for an item that you may never receive, only to have it sold and auctioned off in part to satisfy Mitchell Gold, LLC identified creditors……with possibly no compensation to the low people on the list who bought and paid for the items being auctioned off. what a serious travesty at best!

What about us poor shmucks that bought and paid for furniture in June that has yet to be delivered. If you ask me corporate knew they were in trouble back then and morally and legally shouldn’t have been taking money from consumers when there was a high likelihood they couldn’t deliver.
