Job Title: Vice President of Sales

Description: This position is responsible for directing the distribution or movement of a product or service to a global customer. They will coordinate sales distribution by establishing selling territories, quotas, and goals and establishing training programs for sales representatives. In addition, they will sales statistics to determine future potential, and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers that reinforce the company’s brand identity and growth objectives. Providing company executives with input on branding, marketing, and product development that is relevant to the international community of dealers, designers, and consumers is important in this role as well.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sales experience in the Furniture industry preferred.
- Ability to travel to support growth and sales initiatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (organization, present, and conflict resolution skills).
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word), SAP, or similar ERP system accessibility and extracting of necessary analytics.
