Hooker Furnishings is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Interior Design Channel Manager to assist in the oversight and enhancement of its interior design business channel. This position will be based at our corporate office in High Point, NC, and report to the VP of Marketing.
This individual will collaborate closely with design customers, sales staff, and the marketing team to increase brand awareness and drive sales. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and networking skills, have a bias toward ideation, and love staying up to date with the latest home and interior design trends. Prior experience working within the interior design space or in a similar brand marketing role is highly desirable, along with knowledge of both digital and traditional sales and marketing tools. The Interior Design Channel Manager will be focused on supporting the organization’s objectives for managing all growth initiatives within the Interior Design Channel across multiple activities.
Qualifications:
- Holds a degree in Interior Design and/or Marketing Communications/Graphic Design or commensurate experience.
- Possesses 3-5 years of progressive experience and has a keen interest and passion for interior design, furniture, and/or communications and marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate with diverse teams to bring projects to completion on time and on budget.
- Is a creative individual who thrives on storytelling and networking.
