OXFORD, Miss. — Motion and stationary upholstery manufacturer Henglin Home Furnishings Co. Ltd. is establishing new showrooms in Asia and North America to showcase the line to existing and new customers from the U.S. and beyond.
The company opened a 12,500-square-foot showroom in Vietnam in mid-May where it brought customers to view its product mix in May and June.
In addition, the company said it plans to soon open a brand-new 28,000-square-foot showroom at its worldwide headquarters in Anji, China. This facility also will be open to its customers from the U.S. and beyond.
The company’s new North American division, Henglin Home, plans to open a 15,000-square-foot showroom in High Point in Space S212 of Plaza Suites for the fall market cycle.
“We will open our new showroom at premarket, but we plan to launch a full product assortment at this fall’s October Market,” said Todd Evans, president of the North American division. “It will feature some 55 new upholstery and seating collections.”
“It’s been a fun challenge to work with our R&D team and fabric suppliers to develop over 50 new collections,” added Chris Burgett, vice president of merchandising. “We are pleased with how this has come together.”
Ruff Thomas, vice president of sales, said the company looks forward to its High Point debut.
“We are excited to kick this off and invite everyone to check us out,” he said.
