NEW YORK, NY — Baby and children’s products brand Delta Children, recently revealed that so far this year, it has made charitable donations to more than 17 organizations.
The company’s recent and ongoing donation initiatives cover a variety of local areas and causes that they feel passionate about, including military and underprivileged families, in addition to supporting various disaster relief efforts.
So far in 2022, Delta Children has donated over 1,000 products, bringing their overall donation value to $10 million+. Products that have been donated include cribs, mattresses, twin beds, bassinets, dressers, rockers, crib sheets, pack and plays and more.
In April, Delta Children donated high-quality products to military mothers and babies for Operation Shower, presented by H-E-B, one of the nation’s largest regional grocery retailers. Their “Fruits of Labor” themed event, included a catered lunch and raffle prizes.
Throughout the year, Delta Children has also donated to additional military baby showers including those hosted by organizations such as HMBANA, Carrying On Project, and PSI. These showers, which recognize military mothers and families serving this country, along with the products donated by Delta Children, ensure service members receive the baby essentials they need.
Additionally, Operation Homefront and Delta Children paired up to host baby showers in the New Jersey, Washington, and Colorado Springs areas. Delta Children donated 183 products across these 4 events, where each family received a brand-new crib and mattress, additional donated gifts for baby, as well as educational safe sleep information to help them in their new roles as parents.
Delta Children looks forward to continuing their philanthropic partnerships throughout the rest of the year. Some upcoming initiatives in 2022 include a military baby shower with Jackson in Action, which provides educational, emotional, and physical support to military families, a number of donations supporting JPMA Cares, which aims to improve long-term outcomes for children, and working with 4 Good Community to help support the Kentucky Disaster Relief efforts.
