HIGH POINT – Case goods resource Legacy Classic has added Rick Spenski to its management team as the company’s new director of supply chain.
He comes to the company from Hafele America, where he was a purchasing supervisor. Before that he was purchasing manager at furniture resource Hightower. Before that he was a purchasing and inventory control manager at Ashley Furniture and was a supply chain manager at Nypro.
He also was previously a materials manager at AkzoNobel Decorative Coatings and before that was a supply chain manager at Legacy Classic for nearly 10 years. He also held similar roles at Maitland-Smith and U.S. Label.
He reports to Neill Robinson, president and CEO of Legacy Classic and LC Kids.
“It is great to be back with Legacy Classic,” he said. “I am looking forward to reimplementing and improving upon our forecast management and requirements planning systems and working with key customers on collaborative projects and planning.”
Robinson added, “Legacy is extremely excited to have Rick back on our team. His past knowledge and experience at Legacy will be a beneficial tool as we continue to elevate Legacy and improve our internal processes.”
