Description: Four Hands is looking to hire a Key Account Support Specialist in our Austin, TX, headquarters. This position is expected to partner with National Account Executives to achieve maximum results from critical customer relationships. A strong candidate will be a team-oriented self-starter. This position requires an individual who has the desire and drive to fully own their role and responsibilities in the company.
Responsibilities include determining customer service requirements by maintaining consistent contact with major customers and National Account Executives as well as analyzing information and providing solutions. This person will aintain and improve customer-service quality; by resolving problems, identifying customer service trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.
At least three years of experience in a customer-facing or customer support role and a Bachelor’s degree are required.
