Job Title: Director, Brand Experience

Description: Reporting to the Vice President of Brand Activation, the Director, Brand Experience is a key member of the Marketing organization and leadership team and leads the company’s brand experience efforts within the U.S. marketplace. The role is primarily responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that is focused on developing and executing industry-leading consumer experiences for Tempur-Sealy’s portfolio of brands in third-party retail environments.
The person in this role will be responsible for creating and actualizing a consumer-centric and differentiating retail vision that drives engagement and conversion for Tempur-Sealy’s portfolio of brands. The role includes collaborating with Sales, Retail Marketing and Brand Management teams to help maximize sales of Tempur-Sealy brands and products via in-store point-of-purchase materials, displays, messaging, product demonstrations, and brand-engagement tools.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree in related field (Interior Design, Retail Design or Marketing).
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in retail experience design and visual merchandising, with associated experience/knowledge of interior design
- Experienced in successfully building and managing high-performance teams, including internal functional and cross-functional team members and third-party agencies and vendors
- Results driven—passionate about meeting consumer and customer needs
