Description: Puffy is seeking a highly motivated Product Development Manager for its LA office in North Hollywood. You will be a Product Manager with expertise in physical product development, and the role emphasizes the design, development, and management of our furniture product lines, primarily mattresses and bedding. The person in this role will be responsible for spearheading the development of new physical products within mattresses and bedding, as well as optimizing existing lines.

Required skills/experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Material Science, or a field closely related to furniture design and manufacturing.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years in physical product development, with a strong preference for experience in the mattress or furniture industry.
- Consumer Insight: Demonstrated capability in collecting and interpreting consumer feedback specific to retail products.
- Quality Oversight: Hands-on experience in quality control protocols relevant to furniture manufacturing.
- Material Knowledge: Deep understanding of materials commonly used in mattress and bedding production.
- Skill Set: Proficiency in industry-specific market research, data analysis relevant to physical products, and keen attention to detail.
- Location: Must be already located in or willing to relocate to North Hollywood, California
