Description: Kafene is seeking a VP of Marketing to join its rapidly growing revenue team. As the first senior marketing leader, you will be responsible for the strategy, development and execution of various programs that drive our revenue growth. This position, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, is a highly collaborative role that will work closely across multiple teams (e.g. Analytics, Finance, Product, and Sales) to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
The right candidate will be an analytical, project-oriented, and growth-driven professional, who will continuously curate, innovate, and iterate initiatives to build valuable customer and merchant relationships. They will also need to balance their time between being hands-on at the project level and working with leadership team on strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 10+ years’ relevant experience working in a growth-oriented marketing team.
- Sector experience in financial services or fintech is a plus.
- Experience in creating B2B strategies for organic and paid channels through multiple stages of scale at high-growth companies.
