The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis leads all company financial modeling efforts leveraging data from various systems to optimize performance measurement reporting and forecast company financial results. This person will build and own total company driver-based financial model tracking historical financial performance and forecasting future results
They will also establish a consistent financial modeling approach and have a solid understanding of accounting principles while being able to summarize general ledger detailed accounting entries in financial models
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business and a minimum of 8 years’ related work experience. Master’s degree and/or professional certification(s) preferred.
- Expert financial modeling skills
- Advanced power user of MS Excel
- Strong presentation skills
