Description: As a key team member, the Marketing Coordinator will work on all aspects of marketing and developing new mattress collections. This position is within the Marketing Department and involves communication and coordination with many departments including but not limited to customer service, sales, operations, production, and planning.
The person in this role will implement and support key sales and marketing initiatives and assist and lead product development projects (ex. new mattress innovation, new mattress looks). They will also create go-to-market strategies and execute successful product launches.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
• 2+ years of professional experience in marketing-related functions
• Ability to communicate effectively and develop strong working relationships with all appropriate levels, including both internal and external
