Description: Walker Edison is looking to recruit an organized, motivated, and passionate individual to join its top performing Sales Management Team. This new team member will work with strategic growth customers, such as Walmart, Wayfair, Amazon, Target, Overstock, Home Depot etc. on their day-to-day business needs and with the other departments within the company to create new plans and systems to help grow sales.
Top candidates will have a broad skill set including strong sales management and negotiations skills, leadership development, analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, deep curiosity about how things work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required ideally in business, communications, or a similar discipline.
- 10+ years of work experience in retail account management preferred.
- Experience managing a team preferred.
- Capable of working with multiple partners, systems, and personalities.
- Professional negotiation experience.
- Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering against goals and targets.
