Job Title: Manager, Brand Engagement

Description: The Manager of Brand Engagement serves as a key member of the PR and communications team, working hand-in-hand with a dedicated Brand Director to develop and execute valuable marketing content that engages the group’s members, vendor partners, prospects and the industry while showcasing its products and services. This includes, but is not limited to, press releases, blog articles, newsletters, brochures, one-pagers, web copy, social media posts and media opportunities.
This person will serve as head content creator for a select group of Nationwide product and services brands to help increase both exposure and adoption of these key priorities. They will also create customized tactical plans for each area of responsibility that support our overall communications strategy, and maintain and execute upon a comprehensive content calendar for all communications channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field
- At least five years of relevant work experience, preferably in the appliance, bedding, furniture or CE industry
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Deep experience copywriting and editing in both short- and long-form content
- Creative thinker and problem solver
