Kuka Home promotes Dylan Wang to chief operating officer

HIGH POINT — Stationary and motion upholstery manufacturer Kuka Home has promoted Dylan Wang to chief operating officer of Kuka Home North America, a new position.

Dylan Wang

Wang reports to company President Matt Harrison, and he will help Harrison oversee North American operations, human resources, personnel management and cultural development.

Wang also will work with each division of the company to implement the company’s strategy and grow its business. The company said a key goal is to bridge the gap between the corporate office in Asia and the company’s North American sales and marketing teams, effectively strengthening the North American division.

Wang has been with the company for more than 11 years, most recently as general manager for Kuka’s retail division. He started with the company in account management and also has worked in product development, sourcing, sales and upper-level management.

“Dylan has fostered great relationships with many of our retailers,” Harrison said. “He understands the North American market, is a great team player and is well rounded. He will leverage his diverse experience to help the company reach a new level of success.”
