Arhaus opens newest store in Newport Beach, California

Opening of 16,000-square-foot location follows 2 other new stores in California in December; the state now has highest number of Arhaus locations outside Ohio and Florida

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — Home News Now 125 retailer Arhaus opened its latest store here Dec. 15, following the opening of two other California locations earlier in the month.

The 16,000-square-foot store is part of the Fashion Island shopping, dining and entertainment complex at 401 Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach.

It is the retailer’s 10th store in California, with other locations in Canoga Park, Los Gatos, Palm Desert, San Diego, Torrance, Thousand Oaks and Walnut Creek in the San Francisco Bay area and two studio locations in Burlingame and Carmel.

This makes California the state with the largest number of Arhaus stores. The other states with the highest number of stores include Florida with eight, and its home state of Ohio with nine locations, according to the company’s website.

This shot was taken at the newest Arhaus location in Newport Beach, California.

This latest location in Newport Beach offers a host of design services through a team of design consultants that help guide projects ranging from single spaces to entire homes.

As part of the opening, Arhaus also said it was contributing $10,000 to American Forests, a conservation organization that nurtures “healthy and resilient forests from coast to coast.”

This is the third California showroom Arhaus opened in December.

On Dec. 1, it opened a 14,600-square-foot showroom in Old Town Los Gatos, just southwest of San Jose. And on Dec. 8, it opened a 6,000-square-foot location in The Gardens on El Paseo in Palm Desert. This location is expected to double to just over 12,000 square feet sometime this year.

As with the Newport Beach store opening, the company said it was donating $10,000 for each store opening to American Forests. These contributions align with the retailer’s commitment to sustainability that protects forests and other natural environments.
