LAS VEGAS — Bob Maricich, the longtime furniture industry executive who founded International Market Centers, which rebranded to Andmore last June, is stepping down as chief executive officer after 13 years as the top executive of the organization managing and operating a portfolio of showroom space in High Point, Las Vegas and Atlanta.
Continuing as executive chairman of the board, he will be succeeded by Jonathan Pertchik who has been named chief executive officer. Pertchik’s first day on the job is May 6.
Andmore Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer Dorothy Belshaw has been promoted to president.

Pertchik comes to the organization with more than 20 years of leadership experience in real estate, hospitality and finance. He was most recently chief executive officer of TravelCenters of America, a Fortune 500 company. In this role, he led the organization “through a period of growth and transformation ultimately earning recognition as one of Newsweek’s “Most Trustworthy” large travel and leisure companies.”
Previously, he also was chief executive officer of InTown Suites / Uptown Suites as well as ST Residential, and held leadership roles at WCI Communities and the Staubach Co.

Andmore is part of Blackstone’s commercial real estate portfolio.

Pertchik will make his permanent office in Atlanta, while also setting up offices in Las Vegas and High Point.
As the newly named president, Belshaw brings 32 years of experience in the wholesale marketplace industry, including 12 years with Andmore, holding positions as chief revenue officer, chief marketing officer and, most recently, chief growth officer.

Belshaw joined IMC in 2012, with more than 20 years of home and gift trade show industry experience. Initially hired to bring the category to the Las Vegas Market, Andmore said that her role soon broadened to include responsibility for “all aspects of the end-to-end customer experience, driving increased buyer acquisition across all IMC markets, and developing tools and services to improve the at-market experience for buyers and exhibitors.”
An industry leader, Belshaw will be honored with the 2024 Gift for Life Industry Achievement Award in June, which recognizes overall excellence and contribution to the gift and home industry.
Bob Maricich has done an unbelievable job over the years running and organizing all the furniture markets! It will be hard to fill his shoes. Bob is not just a leader in our industry, but a great human being as well. His son Parker seems to be following his dad’s footsteps with his new ventures and I know he will keep the Maricich name in the spotlights for years to come.
