- 15 + years of leadership experience with high growth businesses leading merchandising and Product Development
- Experience with Overseas Sourcing Factories
- Experience leading high performing merchandising teams in retail/digital environments
- Consumer first mentality which you leverage when building out your strategy & leading your team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to your audience
