Description: Verellen is seeking a Furniture Designer to join a dynamic team of creators. The ideal candidate will have the ability to balance innovation and forward-thinking design with market trends, budget and engineering/construction demands. This role is a full-time position. The most qualified candidate will have a love and passion for beautiful design and be able to express and translate that into creative innovation
In this role, you will create and develop original designs and make modifications to existing work —including 3D models and realistic renderings of furniture. You will consult frequently with the engineering team to gain input and feedback, gathering information needed to alter designs, and give presentations regarding your design work
Qualifications:
- Experience in the furniture industry is required
- Experience in Rhino and Keyshot software
- Microsoft Office and Abode Creative Suite experience is required
- Respond to market trends and economic demands for new product development
