Description: The Director of Training & Education is responsible for developing, implementing, leading, and growing training programs for our Nationwide Learning Academy (NLA). The NLA is responsible for educating and inspiring our members’ employees as well as the employees of Nationwide Marketing Group.
This role will be responsible for identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses, and managing the training budget. It will also be responsible for developing the strategy, business case, and specific needs for all live and virtual training content.
The person in this role will be required to work collaboratively with all teams including, but not limited to: Sales, Marketing, Member Experience, Merchandising, Finance, HR, as well as external members and vendor partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
- At least 8 years of management experience as high-level Training manager
- At least 3 years of experience in managing personnel
- Must be open and able to domestic travel
