City Furniture is looking for a Reputation Manager to develop and oversee the company’s Reputation Management Strategy across several Corporate teams and all CITY and Ashley Showrooms. In this newly created role, the Reputation Manager will oversee the development and execution of the company’s online Reputation Management Strategy to achieve internal and consumer-facing goals. Works closely with several cross-function teams to audit and adjust strategy to ensure goals are met.
They will also manage third-party vendors and review sites (BBB, Google, Yelp, FB) to optimize customer touchpoints, develops and manage communication, visuals and reporting to various teams, and travel to and from showrooms for Reputation Management education and employee recognition.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field is necessary as is 2-3 years of related work experience in Brand Reputation Management, Social Media or Related Field.
