by HIGH POINT — Chris Bundy has been named sales manager for the U.S. kitchen cabinets sector of finishing resource Axalta.
He has been with the company nearly six years as national accounts manager. Before joining Axalta, he was national accounts manager at Valspar’s wood division in High Point.
He also was previously a sales account executive at Pure Color and before this worked at Gemini Coatings in industrial distribution and OEM business development.
He also was previously a regional sales manager at Valspar for about four years and before that was vice president, operations at CFI Woodwork Solutions.
He began his career in the coatings industry as an account manager at Valspar and then became vice president at Component Fabricators.
In his new position, he will help oversee sales in Axalta’s domestic kitchen cabinets business.
