HIGH POINT – Universal Furniture has promoted Kayla Miller to the position of director of marketing.
Miller began working for the company in 2019 as a creative marketing specialist, where the company said she “quickly showcased her talent and dedication to the company’s success.”
In 2021, she was promoted to senior creative marketing specialist.
“Her innovative approach helped revolutionize Universal’s branded content,” the company said. “Miller’s most impactful contribution was in the realm of photography, where she not only enhanced image quality but also streamlined processes, resulting in significant cost savings for the company.”
Throughout her tenure, the company said, Miller’s impact has been crucial to many marketing functions, including printed materials, social media content, and showroom experiences.
“Kayla’s journey with Universal has been marked by creativity, dedication, and a proven ability to elevate our marketing efforts,” said Neil MacKenzie, senior vice president of marketing at Universal. “We are thrilled to see her take on the role of director of marketing, where her leadership will undoubtedly drive our brand to new heights,”
Prior to her positions with Universal, Miller was an interior designer and a social media influencer concentrating in the realm of home interiors.
Reporting directly to MacKenzie, Miller will spearhead daily marketing efforts, playing a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives aligned with product and sales objectives.
