Description: The Vice President, Supply Chain (Product Sourcing and Replenishment) will lead a team supporting the performance objectives of the Gabriella White brands and portfolio of products. Specifically, this includes identifying and evaluating factories to manufacture unique products, forecasting and replenishment consistent with the company growth objectives, and inventory planning and optimization. He/She will direct a domestic and international team responsible for continuous improvement and management of supply chain KPIs across all selling channels, including product quality.
In this role, the VP will aggregate channel demand and formalize the inventory plans as well as collaborate with respective inventory planners and with business unit demand planners. They will also optimize/standardize inventory planning and replenishment processes, policies, and systems such as: inventory settings, days of supply coverage targets, order minimums, lead time management, and replenishment orders.
A Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related Business degree is required, and APICS or CSCMP certification is not required, but highly valued. The right applicant should have a minimum of 10+ years experience in Supply Chain management roles, including supply chain planning, inventory & inventory management, international sourcing, buying/procurement
