Job Title: Director of Sales

Description: The director of sales will work with the company’s strategic growth customers, such as Walmart, Wayfair, Amazon, Target, Overstock, Home Depot etc. on their day-to-day business needs and with the other departments within the company to create new plans and systems to help grow sales. Top candidates will have a broad skill set including strong sales management and negotiations skills, leadership development, analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, deep curiosity about how things work.
Applicants must be willing to challenge the status quo in order to improve existing workflows and processes, and must have the presence and communication skills to represent Walker Edison across assigned retail partners. Potential for fully remote work available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in business, communications, or a similar discipline.
- 10+ years of work experience in retail account management preferred.
- Experience managing a team preferred.
- Capable of working with multiple partners, systems, and personalities.
- Professional negotiation experience.
