by HIGH POINT — Bernards Furniture has named two new team members to support growth initiatives.
Ed Stinehour has been hired as business development manager, a new position. He comes to the company with nearly 30 years in sales management, including at Mohawk Industries, where he worked for about 13 years. Before that he was a territory manager for Shaw Industries and over the years also has held sales roles at Bryan Ashley International and Koehler Interiors.
In addition, the company has hired Jasmine Davis as digital marketing specialist, also a new position. She has worked in sales the past four and a half years and also ran her own e-commerce business.
Davis reports to Joan Flight, director of operations and customer service and Stinehour reports to Micah Swick, president.
“Ed and Jasmine bring invaluable new energy, insight, and experience to our team and are already making significant contributions, Swick said.
