Description: This role is responsible for development activities for circular and warp knit technologies supporting the Engineered Performance Product (EPP) business. Development activities include developing new innovative products, facilitating projects to improve margins of existing products, and supporting manufacturing in the technical performance of existing products.
Key markets supported by this role are building and construction, tape reinforcements, and industrial textiles. An important part of the role includes maintaining excellent relationships with customers and building relationships within industry with new customers to further enhance the growth pipeline. This role reports to the Director of Textile Development for EPP.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Engineering, Technical Textile or comparable field
- Demonstrated Leadership Skills in Team Environment
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Circular & Warp knit technologies or similar manufacturing
- Skilled in SAP & pipeline management
