The Marketing Manager will lead and manage a marketing team, guiding members with varying creative skills (design, video, copy, print, digital, and social media), toward success. This role is for a hands-on, involved leader contributing to the marketing team’s deliverables. The right candidate inspires and empowers direct reports. If you consider yourself equal parts idea creator, collaborator, and problem-solver, and have experience leading all phases of a creative project, from conceptual development, to execution, this role is for you. Successful candidates will also enjoy generating creative ideas on the fly as they work directly with internal teams to create content. You have the freedom to be yourself while creating and collaborating with great individuals.
The Best Candidate will have an excellent grasp of the latest marketing techniques as well as traditional ways to reach customers and understands where each has its place in the marketing mix. The ability to bring out the best in a creative team, passion for the business, and building the brand – a fearless risk-taker.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years experience as a Marketing Manager, or Marketing leadership role.
- Hands-on Manager with experience in all facets of B2C retail marketing including digital, social, video/TV, streaming, print, email, radio, and OOH.
- All of our advertising is created in-house and this individual will supervise a team of marketing professionals to create great content for these mediums.
- Manage and lead relationships with various marketing vendors.
- Participate in the annual media buy.
