Job Title: Employee Experience Manager

Description: Four Hands is looking to hire a highly organized Employee Experience Manager who shares a passion for people and culture. In this role, they will work closely with and lead the Employee Engagement team to support efforts and guarantee that every employee who walks through the door leaves with a positive experience.
This person will partner with the people and culture team to develop, plan, and implement an overall employee experience vision and strategy in all areas of the employee lifecycle. They will also create systems and documented procedures to enhance and streamline the event management process. In addition, the Employee Experience Manager will regularly assess the success of events and makes changes as necessary, as well as generate ideas for new events to help the People and Culture team meet its strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, experience in a management role with a focus on company values, standards, and guest/employee experience
- 5 – 8 years experience in an HR/communications role; employee engagement experience a plus
- Must have experience in management or consulting in a dynamic, highly complex global environment and a solid understanding of brand culture
- Successful track record of strategic work with business partners at all levels (from Sr Leader to individual contributors)
