The Warehouse Supervisor 1 is responsible for ensuring all safety, warehouse, and department standards are met by directing and training associates within their department. This is an hourly position. The person in this role plans and directs associates for task completion, and rains new associates on job tasks and job knowledge in the department. They will assist associates in completing their job tasks, lead preshift meetings under the direction of management, and organize department safety routines.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in distribution center or manufacturing facility with prior leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong professional relationships with coworkers.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
