by FAIRBORN, Ohio – Industry veteran Brenda Dillon recently has been promoted to vice president, merchandising at retailer Morris Furniture Company.
She joined the company in October 2020 as associate vice president, merchandising.
Before that, she was with Art Van Furniture for just over two years in various roles including director of merchandising in the seating category and also as director of ecommerce merchandising.
Prior to Art Van, she was vice president, merchandising at Ashley HomeStore and also was vice president, case goods merchandising and design at Ashley Furniture and director, case goods merchandising at Ashley HomeStore.
Before that, she was vice president, merchandising and marketing at CR Home and also was a merchandise manager for occasional furniture, home entertainment and home office at Broyhill.
Prior to Broyhill, she was a market representative/buyer for case goods at May Department Stores and before that she was a buyer at Venture Stores.
