Description: The Production Manager, Salisbury, will oversee one of our day shift manufacturing operations, providing clear and decisive leadership in the areas of safety, productivity, housekeeping, cost-effectiveness and continuous improvement within our Salisbury operation. In conjunction with the VP of Manufacturing Operations, they will act as a critical influencer over the achievement of plant goals and divisional objectives for the Salisbury facility.
The individual in this role will partner with production supervisors and other managers at the Salisbury and Portsmouth sites to ensure that the plant is consistently achieving or exceeding targets through a culture that rewards high performance, accountability, growth & development, continuous improvement, and safe practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business management, supply chain management, production management, or related field.
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience and 5+ years of proven leadership experience.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems required, SAP experience preferred.
- Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
