Description: The VP of Retail Sales will lead and assist store managers in all facets of daily showroom operations and sales success. They will continually identify new opportunities where improvements can be made while developing sales plans and training strategies to achieve sales and operational goals.
Applicants should have experience with large ticket consultative sales in a showroom environment and a proven track record of demonstrating the energy, desire, and attitude needed to manage daily operations, build successful sales teams, and manage CRMs to meet sales goals and operational KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of success in a leadership position relating to home furnishings or showroom consultative sales, or retail sales.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and digital)
- High energy, self-confidence, and the desire to work in a showroom/retail setting are musts!
